Woman with Hat (2015)

Painting women has always been my passion because I find them fascinating and they have a fundamental role in everyday life.

In this painting I wanted to highlight the particularity of her character; her attitude, given by the posture and the position of the hand, and above all her large colored hat, make this woman a person confident in her femininity and her role in the world.

Feminine and confident at the same time, regardless of the judgments of others, she dresses with peculiar, but not exaggerated, healthy egocentrism.

She carefully takes care of the choice of colors; this red, neither too anonymous nor too vulgar, but very particular, denotes its ability to present itself with its own personal characteristic.
